By accessing or using this website, registering for a class, or purchasing a product from Centex Barn Quilts, you agree to the following Terms & Conditions. Please read them carefully.

General Information

Centex Barn Quilts provides barn quilt painting classes, workshops, and related products. Some classes are hosted and managed directly by Centex Barn Quilts, while others are hosted by third-party venues.

These Terms & Conditions apply to all users of this website and all services and purchases made through centexbarnquilts.com.

Class Registration & Payment

Classes Booked Through This Website

For classes that are registered and paid for directly on centexbarnquilts.com:

  • Full payment is required at the time of registration

  • All sales are final

  • No refunds are offered for any reason

Class Transfers

  • Registrations may be transferred to another available class date that is also booked through this website

  • A minimum of 36 hours’ notice prior to the start of the originally scheduled class is required

  • Transfers are subject to availability and must be for a class of equal value

  • Transfer requests made with less than 36 hours’ notice cannot be accommodated

Classes Hosted by Partner Venues

Some classes promoted on this website are hosted and managed by third-party venues, including but not limited to Must Love Fabric and The Sparkly Elephant.

For these classes:

  • Registration and payment occur on the venue’s website

  • The venue’s own cancellation, refund, and attendance policies apply

  • Centex Barn Quilts is not responsible for registration issues, refunds, or policy enforcement for vendor-hosted classes

Please review the hosting venue’s policies before registering.

Class Attendance & Participation

  • Participants are expected to arrive on time and follow all class instructions

  • Late arrivals may miss portions of instruction and supplies may not be replaced

  • Class projects, patterns, and supplies are prepared in advance and cannot be altered at the time of class

  • Centex Barn Quilts reserves the right to refuse participation to anyone whose behavior disrupts the class experience

Class Changes, Cancellations & Minimum Enrollment

Centex Barn Quilts reserves the right to:

  • Cancel or reschedule a class due to low enrollment, illness, venue issues, weather, or other unforeseen circumstances

  • Substitute class dates or locations when necessary

If a class booked through this website is canceled by Centex Barn Quilts:

  • Participants will be offered a transfer to a future class date

  • No cash refunds are issued unless required by law

Products & Shipping

Pre-drawn barn quilt products sold through this website are physical products and are not class registrations.

  • Shipping rates are clearly displayed at checkout

  • Products are shipped to the address provided by the customer

  • Centex Barn Quilts is not responsible for delays caused by carriers or incorrect shipping information provided by the customer
