Centex Barn Quilts

We understand that plans can change, and we want to be as fair and transparent as possible while also ensuring our classes run smoothly for everyone.

Classes Hosted by Partner Venues

Some Centex Barn Quilts classes are hosted and managed by third-party venues, including Must Love Fabric and The Sparkly Elephant.

  • Registration, payment, cancellations, and refunds for those classes are handled entirely by the hosting venue

  • Each venue has its own cancellation and refund policy

  • Please refer to the venue’s website or confirmation email for details

Centex Barn Quilts is not able to modify or override partner venue policies.


Classes Booked Directly Through This Website

For classes registered and paid for on centexbarnquilts.com, the following policy applies:

  • All sales are final

  • No refunds are offered for any reason

However, we do offer flexibility when possible:

Class Transfers

  • Your registration may be transferred to another available class date that is also booked through this website

  • A minimum of 36 hours’ notice is required prior to the start time of the originally scheduled class

  • Transfers are subject to availability and must be used for a future class of equal value

Transfers requested with less than 36 hours’ notice cannot be accommodated.


Why This Policy Exists

Each class requires advance preparation, supplies, and limited seating. This policy allows us to plan accurately and deliver the best possible experience for every participant, while still offering a reasonable option if your schedule changes.
